அரவணையானை எல்லாத் தேவர்களும் நினைவர்

2113 இமையாதகண்ணால் இருளகலநோக்கி *
அமையாப்பொறிபுலன்களைந்தும் - நமையாமல் *
ஆகத்தணைப்பார் அணைவரே * ஆயிரவாய்
நாகத்தணையான்நகர்.

Simple Translation

2113. If devotees remove all faults from their minds, meditate without blinking their eyes, avoid the pleasures of the five senses, and embrace only him in their hearts, - they will reach the the spiritual world of the lord, resting on Adishesa, the thousand-mouthed snake.

இமையாத கண்ணால் — ஞானத்தின் உட்கண்ணாலே; இருள் அகல — அஞ்ஞானமாகிய அந்தகாரம் நீங்கும்படியாக; நோக்கி அமையா — கண்டு திருப்திபெற்று அடங்கியிராத; பொறி புலன்கள் ஐந்தும் — ஐம்புலன்களும் பொறிகளும்; நமையாமல் — அடக்காமலே இருந்தாலும்; ஆகத்து அணைப்பார் — அவனை மனதால் நினைப்பவர்; ஆயிர வாய் நாகத்து — ஆயிரம் வாய் படைத்த ஆதிசேஷனை; அணையான் — படுக்கையாயுடைய எம்பெருமானின்; நகர் அணைவரே — பரமபதத்தை அடைவார்கள்

imaiyādha kaṇṇāl — with the inner eye¬†[heart] which does not have any contraction of knowledge; irul̤ agala — the darkness (of ignorance) to leave; nŏkki — seeing the svarūpam (basic nature) of self as well as of emperumān; amaiyā — uncontrollable; poṛi pulangal̤ aindhum — the five sensory organs such as eyes etc and the five matters such as sound, taste etc [connected to the five sensory organs]; namaiyāmal — even if not controlled; āgaththu aṇaippār — those who think of emperumān [when he, of his own volition, comes with causeless mercy]; āyira vay nāgaththu aṇaiyān — emperumān who is lying on the mattress of ādhiṣĕshan with thousand hoods; nagar — his dwelling place ṣrīvaikuṇtam; aṇaivarĕ — will attain

Detailed WBW explanation

iamiyādha kaṇṇāl – In this context, the term 'kaṇ' (eye) symbolizes the mind. The mind is the eye which does not blink, unlike the external eye. The external eye should be referenced when discussing the removal of physical darkness. However, when addressing the elimination of ignorance, one should speak of the inner eye, or the mind.
