156 அப்பம்கலந்த சிற்றுண்டி அக்காரம்பாலில்கலந்து *
சொப்படநான்சுட்டுவைத்தேன் தின்னலுறிதியேல்நம்பீ! *
செப்பிளமென்முலையார்கள் சிறுபுறம்பேசிச்சிரிப்பர் *
சொப்படநீராடவேண்டும் சோத்தம்பிரான்! இங்கேவாராய்

Simple Translation

156. I have made excellent appams and other snacks made of jaggery and milk for you. O dear child, come here if you want to eat them. If you don’t bathe, the young girls with breasts like ceppus will talk about you behind your back and laugh. You should have a good bath. O beloved lord, come here.
