pērē varap piḍhaṟṟal allāl – Not engaging in utterances other than the divine names of Emperumān and making this practice a habit. Has it not been divinely articulated by Kulaśekara Āzhvār in Perumāl̤ Tirumoẓhi 2-4, "nāttazhumbeẓha nārāyaṇa enṟazhaiththu" (incessantly recite the name of Nārāyaṇa until scars form on the tongue)? Comparable to how the elephant Gajendhrāzhvān

பேராயர்க்கு ஆட் படுகையாவது-அவன் விஷயீ கரிக்கப் புக்கால் தன் செல்லாமை தோற்ற நிற்கை யல்லது இவன் அவனைப் (சம்சாரி சேதனன் பரம சேதனனை )பரிச்சேதித்து அறிகை யாவது என் -என்கிறது –

(அயன் -நா ஜாயதே -கர்ப்பத்தில் பிறவாதவன் என்றும் அஜ -அகாரத்தில் இருந்து பிறந்தவன் என்றும்)

(பரிஹாஸம் -எதுக்காகவாது திரு நாமம் அடைவு கெடச் சொன்னாலும் தோஷங்களைப் போக்கும்)

அவன் திரு நாமங்களை அடைவு கெடச்
