Banasuran who came as —

the cunning asuran —

the wicked Sakatāsuran —

and also killed Sakatāsuran who came with evil intentions —

deceptive form (of budhdha who is outside the tenets of vĕdham) —

mischief-filled —

in yogic slumber —

a demon who came as a deceitful mother —

without anyone knowing —

artificial nature —

(in this manner, to have no one understand/know) confidential aspects —

ŏh amaśing person who is present in the heart (being invisible like a cheat)! —

removed āthmāpahāram (thinking that the āthmā is mine) —

(so) avoid the ill will (of being alone with krishṇan) —
