all diseases (such as ahankāram (considering body as oneself), artham (wealth), kāmam (lust), anubhava viṣlĕsham (break in divine experience), nikarsha anusandhānam (considering oneself to be worthy) etc) —

 having the heart worried —

my heart —

ŏh my heart! —

my heart which is filled with sorrow —

 my mind —

you have entered my heart —

is residing inside (my) heart —

 felt shameful in your heart —
