at your divine temple’s entrance —

please embrace me! —

ensuring that the demon’s arrogance of wealth would be suppressed —

that divine word (of charama ṣlŏkam) —

is it proper to say that one who goes to that paramapadham will remain there forever, without returning [to samsāram]? —

 to torment it —

sky, in evening time, shows. —

singing praises on him, that itself —

one having a waist draped with a beautiful sari, having beautiful legs, having deep reddish mouth —

unto the fresh lotus feet of emperumān —

vowing them to be for the divine feet of ṣrī vāmana who is naturally inclined towards union with his devotees —

 inside the garden —

will make us to be on a par with nithyasūris who are like decorations to paramapadham (ṣrīvaikuṇtam) —

lying still atop the bed of serpent which has five heads and mouths —

among the five sensory organs —

and the five vital airs —

the red coral mouth —

Oh crow comb —

inside your beak —

with its beak —
