essence of that rare (difficult to acquire/learn) vĕdham —

the meaning/benefit of doing mangal̤āsāsanam to your golden lotus feet; —

is not a significant material (which emperumān cannot grant us) —

(during the time of creation) the rare entity, emperumān, who is lying on water —

ŏh thiruvarangā who became impossible to know supreme entity! —

such meaning told by those people; it is so because it affects āthmā; —

it is the essence of vĕdhas (sacred texts) —

which are such lowly meanings —

using the distinguished meanings which sarvĕṣvaran had given earlier, —

they are dharmam (righteousness), artham (wealth) and kāmam (love) —

being firmly established as righteousness, wealth, love and mŏksham (attaining paramapadham or ṣīvaikuṇtam) —

dharma, the first goal —

for all entities —

all such objects —

all beings such as manushya (humans) etc. —

all such distinct principles —

for what purpose is that? —

what reason would be there —

as the eternal wealth —
