அன்பினாலேயே ஆழியானைக் காணமுடியும்

827 புன்புலவழியடைத்து அரக்கிலச்சினைசெய்து *
நன்புலவழிதிறந்து ஞானநற்சுடர்கொளீஇ *
என்பிலெள்கிநெஞ்சுருகி உள்கனிந்தெழுந்ததோர் *

Simple Translation

827. Only if people control the feelings that arise from their senses and light up their wisdom by following the good path and melt in their bones and hearts for him and love him who carries a discus can they see him. CHECK

புன் — தாழ்ந்த விஷயங்களில்; புல — இந்திரியங்கள் செல்லும்; வழி அடைத்து — வழியை அடைத்து; அரக்கு இலச்சினை செய்து — அரக்கு முத்திரையிட்டு; நன் புல வழி — ஸத்விஷய மார்க்கத்தை; திறந்து — திறந்து விட்டு; ஞான நல்ல — ஞானமாகிய நல்ல; சுடர் கொளீஇ — விளக்கொளியை ஏற்றிவைத்து; என்பு இல் எள்கி — எலும்புகளாலன சரீரம் தளர்ந்து; நெஞ்சு உருகி — மனம் உருகி; உள்கனிந்து — உள்ளே பழுத்து பரமபக்தி ரூபமாக; எழுந்தது — எழுந்ததான; ஓர் அன்பில் அன்றி — ஒப்பற்ற பக்தியாலல்லாது; ஆழியானை — சக்கரத்தை கையிலுடையவனை; யாவர் காண வல்லரே? — யார் தான் காண முடியும்?

vaḻi aṭaittu — blocking the path; pula — where the senses tend to go; puṉ — In lowly (base) matters; arakku ilacciṉai cĕytu — and sealing it tightly; tiṟantu — and open; naṉ pula vaḻi — the noble path of pure pursuits; cuṭar kŏl̤īi — one lights up the lamp; ñāṉa nalla — of divine wisdom; or aṉpil aṉṟi — unless its through the incomparable devotion; ĕḻuntatu — that arises; ĕṉpu il ĕl̤ki — when body, made of bones, grows weak; nĕñcu uruki — and mind melts (with devotion); ul̤kaṉintu — the supreme devotion that ripens within; yāvar kāṇa vallare? — who can see; āḻiyāṉai — the Lord who holds the Discus in His hand
