திருநறையூரும் திருமெய்யமும்

1852 சுடலையில் சுடுநீறனமர்ந்தது * ஓர்
நடலைதீர்த்தவனை நறையூர்க்கண்டு * என்
உடலையுள்புகுந்துஉள்ளமுருக்கியுண் *
விடலையைச்சென்றுகாண்டும் மெய்யத்துள்ளே.

Simple Translation

1852. I saw the god of Thirunaraiyur. who removed the curse of Shivā who wears vibhuti and dances in the burning ground. He entered my heart and made it melt. I will go to Thirumeyyam and see him, strong as a bull.
