Āzhvār describes the benefits after the Lord entered his heart - (சென்னி ஓங்கு)
The Lord takes incarnations to help the world, to destroy unrighteousness, and to protect righteousness. He protects the good people. For those who did not receive help during the times of His incarnations, He manifests as the Archaavatara! His presence in Thirumalai is for this very purpose.
