begging (from māvali) you got the worlds —

accepted (me), and as the recipient of such service —

became the lord to eliminate any claim of ownership on it by others by requesting and getting the world and making it to exist only for you. —

(from the beginning) mercifully acknowledged me; —

you who are keeping/having —

being the one who accepted —

 ŏh one who measured and accepted! —

you took the worlds from mahābali (a king who had seiśed all the worlds from indhra) —

 for you who fully stole —
