In this third pāsuraṁ of the chapter, our venerable ācāryas, including Nañjīyar, explain that Parāṅkuśa Nāyakī, consumed by the sorrow of separation, turns to the cranes and herons she beholds. She implores these birds to act as her messengers and carry a poignant question to her Lord: "Ask Him if we are not qualified to see His beauty?" She seeks a definitive answer
