வண்டே! என் நிலையைக் கண்ணனுக்குக் கூறு

2077 தேமருவுபொழிலிடத்துமலர்ந்தபோதைத்
தேனதனைவாய்மடுத்து, உன்பெடையும்நீயும் *
பூமருவிஇனிதமர்ந்துபொறியிலார்ந்த
அறுகாலசிறுவண்டே! தொழுதேன்உன்னை *
ஆமருவிநிரைமேய்த்தஅமரர்கோமான்
அணியழுந்தூர்நின்றானுக்குஇன்றேசென்று *
நீமருவியஞ்சாதேநின்றோர்மாது

2077. Her daughter says, “O small bee with six legs and dots on your wings, you and your mate stay happily on flowers and drink honey. I bow to you. Go to the god of the gods who loves the cows and grazes them and stays in beautiful Thiruvazhundur. Stay there and see him. Don’t be afraid. Tell him, ‘I am a girl and love him. ’ and see what he says. ”
