கிருஷ்ண பரமாத்மாவை நறையூரில் கண்டேன்

1524 கட்டேறுநீள்சோலைக் காண்டவத்தைத்தீமூட்டி
விட்டானை * மெய்யம்அமர்ந்த பெருமானை *
மட்டேறுகற்பகத்தை மாதர்க்காய் * வண்துவரை
நட்டானைநாடி நறையூரில்கண்டேனே.

Simple Translation

1524. He is the god of Thirumeyyam who burned the forest Kāndam filled with abundant groves, brought the Karpaga tree dripping with honey from Indra’s world for his wife Satyabama and planted it in Dwarakapuri. I searched for him and saw him in Thirunaraiyur.
