தவம் செய்யவேண்டாம்; சித்திரகூடம் செல்லுங்கள்

தாம்வாடவாடத்தவம்செய்யவேண்டா

கானாடமஞ்ஞைக்கணமாட மாடே
கயலாடுகானீர்ப்பழனம்புடைபோய் *
தேனாடமாடக்கொடியாடு தில்லைத்

Simple Translation

1158. O devotees, if you want to rule the world of the gods, you do not have to starve and suffer and do tapas and all of your five senses do not have to be restrained. Just go to Thillai Chitrakudam where peacocks dance, fish frolic in the water of the springs, bees drink honey and flags flutter on the tops of palaces.
