(he) will remain very close and enjoy [them]; —

 being easily reachable (for those who surrender) —

 (when told -worship him in archāvathāram-) disregarding him due to his close proximity —

being very easy to approach —

being close (for his devotees) —

(while being a natural relative) he remains distinguishedly easily approachable. —
