he graced me by making me his servant; —

having the quality of accepting me as his servitor —

feeling that this is auspicious time (suitable to sing thiruppallāṇdu) —

 to the one who rules over —

He eliminates the gross body —

conducts his divine rules (ṣruthi) in right way. —

even if one were to get all the wealth to rule all the worlds —

countless time (in future) —

will remain in bliss thinking of the virtues of the Lord of Srirangam —

attractive like pure, best gold [āṇip pon means the best gold, which is used as benchmark to compare other gold and determine the other gold-s quality] —

showing in such a way that it enters (the minds of) learned people —
