அப்பனே! நின் தாள்களை எனக்கருள்

3571 யானும்நீதானேயாவதோமெய்யே
அருநரகவையும்நீயானால் *
வானுயரின்பமெய்திலென்?
மற்றைநரகமேயெய்திலென்? எனிலும் *
யானும்நீதானாய்த்தெளிதொறும்நன்றும்
அஞ்சுவன் நரகம்நானடைதல் *
வானுயரின்பம்மன்னிவீற்றிருந்தாய்!
அருளுநின்தாள்களையெனக்கே.

aru naraku avaiyum nī āṉāl *
vāṉ uyar iṉpam ĕytil ĕṉ? * maṟṟai
narakame ĕytil ĕṉ? * ĕṉilum **

Simple Translation

It's true, You are within me as You are within everything else, even this life of hardship I endure belongs to You. Whether You grant me spiritual or worldly bliss or keep me in this distressing life, it matters not. Yet, when I realize my true nature, life here becomes dreadful. Therefore, I beseech You, seated in the blissful SriVaikuntam, to bless me with attainment of Your lovely feet.
