Simple Translation

My Lord, You are the Super-Soul of both the seen and unseen, overseeing all actions and their performers in countless worlds. Even in distant realms, Your grace extends to souls released from worldly bonds, their wisdom spanning ten directions. Please bestow Your sweet grace upon me, despite my countless failings.
