In this tenth pāsuram of the chapter, the culmination of emperumān's grace and the Āzhvār's surrender is beautifully expressed. Upon hearing the Āzhvār's unwavering resolve in the previous stanza—his declaration of "māyōm" (we shall not perish)—Sriman Nārāyaṇa becomes immensely pleased.
