I Will Offer Praises to You Alone

உன்னைத்தான் நான் தோத்திரம் செய்வேன்

2042 தொண்டெல்லாம்பரவிநின்னைத் தொழுதுஅடிபணியுமாறு
கண்டு * தான்கவலைதீர்ப்பான்ஆவதே பணியாய் எந்தாய்! *
அண்டமாய்எண்திசைக்கும் ஆதியாய்! நீதியான *
பண்டமாம்பரமசோதி! நின்னையேபரவுவேனே.

Simple Translation

2042. O father, give me your grace so that I may serve you, praise you and worship your feet. You are the world, the ancient god of all eight directions, justice and the highest light in Vaikuntam. Take away all my worries. I will praise only you.

எந்தாய்! — எம்பெருமானே!; தொண்டு எல்லாம் — கைங்கர்யம் எல்லாம்; பரவி — வாயாரப்பேசி; நின்னைத் தொழுது — உன்னை வணங்கி; அடி பணியுமாறு — திருவடிகளிலே கைங்கர்யம்; கண்டு — செய்வதை ஆசைப்பட்டு; தான் — ஒருவன்; கவலை — கவலை; தீர்ப்பான் ஆவதே — தீர்த்துக் கொள்ள முடியுமோ?; பணியாய் — நீதான் போக்கி அருள வேண்டும்; அண்டம் ஆய் — அண்டத்திலுள்ளவர்களின் தலைவனும்; எண் — எட்டு; திசைக்கும் — திசையிலுமுள்ள தேவதைகளுக்கும்; ஆதியாய் — காரணபூதனும்; நீதி ஆன — முறைமையான; பண்டமாம் — செல்வமாயிருப்பவனுமான; பரஞ்சோதி! — பரஞ்சோதி! நீ; நின்னையே — உன்னையே; பரவுவேனே — நான் வணங்குவேன்
