இராமானுச! நின் சரணே எனக்குப் பெரும்பேறு!

ஆறொன்றுமில்லைமற்றைச்சரணன்றி * என்றுஇப்பொருளைத்
தேறுமவர்க்குமெனக்குமுனைத்தந்தசெம்மை சொல்லால்
கூறும்பரமன்று * இராமானுச! மெய்ம்மைகூறிடிலே.

Simple Translation

3937. Devotees understand that there is no better fortune than your feet, our only refuge, and that you are the only path for them. There is no way I can describe in words how we feel about you. We understand the truth only through your good words, Rāmānujā.

இராமாநுச! — இராமாநுசரே!; நின் சரண் அன்றி — தங்கள் திருவடிகளைத் தவிர; மற்று பேறு — வேறு உபாயம்; ஒன்று இல்லை — ஒன்றும் இல்லை; அப்பேறு — அந்தத் திருவடிகளாகிற உபாயத்தை; அளித்தற்கு — அளித்ததற்கு; அச் சரண் அன்றி — அந்தத் திருவடிகளைத்தவிர; மற்று ஆறு — வேறு உபாயம்; ஒன்றும் இல்லை — ஒன்றும் இல்லை; என்று இப்பொருளை — என்ற இவ்வுண்மையை; தேறும் அவர்க்கும் — தெளிவாக அறிந்த அறிஞர்களுக்கும்; எனக்கும் — எனக்கும்; உனைத்தந்த — வித்தியாசம் பாராமல் காட்டித்தந்த; செம்மை — சிறந்த குணமானது; மெய்ம்மை — உண்மையை; கூறிடிலே — சொல்லப்போனால்; சொல்லால் — வார்த்தைகளால்; கூறும் — சொல்லி முடியாது; பரம் அன்று — அநுபவித்து தான் உணரமுடியும்
