ஆளவந்தார் திருவடிகளை வணங்கும் இராமானுசனே என்னைக் காத்தான்

3913 நிதியைப்பொழியும் முகிலென்று * நீசர்தம்வாசல்பற்றித்
துதிகற்றுலகில் துவள்கின்றிலேன் இனி * தூய்நெறிசேர்
எதிகட்கிறைவன்யமுனைத்துறைவனிணையடியாம்
கதிபெற்றுடைய * இராமானுசன்என்னைக்காத்தனனே.

3913 nitiyaip pŏzhiyum mukil ĕṉṟu * nīcar tam vācal paṟṟit
tuti kaṟṟu ulakil tuval̤kiṉṟileṉ ** iṉi tūy nĕṟi cer

Simple Translation

3913. I will not suffer by going to the doorsteps of mean people, praising them and saying that they are clouds that pour wealth. Rāmānujā who has the fortune of worshiping the feet of Yamunaithuraivan protects me.

தூய் நெறி சேர் — தூய்மையான பக்தி நெறியுடைய; எதிகட்கு இறைவன் — துறவிகளுக்குத் தலைவரான; யமுனைத் துறைவன் — ஆளவந்தாரின்; இணை அடியாம் கதி — இணைத் திருவடிகளை; பெற்று உடைய — பெற்றதனால் பெருமையுடைய; இராமாநுசன் — இராமனுசன்; என்னை — என்னை; காத்தனனே — காத்தருளினார்; இனி — இனிமேல்; நிதியைப் பொழியும் — நிதியை வர்ஷிக்கும்; முகில் என்று — மேகமே என்று; துதி கற்று — துதித்துக்கொண்டு; உலகில் — இந்த உலகில்; நீசர் தம் வாசல் — நீசர்களின் வாசலை; பற்றி — பற்றிக்கொண்டு; துவள்கின்றிலேன் — வருந்தமாட்டேன்

irāmānusan — emperumānār who is the; iṛaivan — lord of; thūy neṛi sĕr ethikatku — the sages who are of pure conduct,; gathi pĕṝudaiya — and who has reached the goal that is; iṇai adiyām — the most liked, the two divine feet of; yamunaith thuṛaivan — āl̤avandhār,; ennaik kāththanan — (such emperumānār) divined and protected me;; ini — after that,; ulagil — in the world; thuval̤ginṛilĕn — ī wont be staying around and; thuthi kaṝu — learn and say words of praise; nidhiyaip pozhiyum mugil enṛu — as a cloud that pours treasure,; neesar tham — the lowly ones who have the blemish of ahankāram (m̐egoistic) etc.,; vāsal paṝith — by holding onto the entrance of their house, for my protection, looking for their moment (of availability, etc.).
