திரிவிக்கிரமன் கோயில் இதுதான்

1820 பிணிவளராக்கைநீங்கநின்றேத்தப்
பெருநிலமருளின்முன்னருளி *
அணிவளர்குறளாய்அகலிடம்முழுதும்
அளந்தஎம்மடிகள்தம்கோயில் *
கணிவளர்வேங்கைநெடுநிலமதனில்
குறவர்தம்கவணிடைத்துரந்த *
மணிவளர்சாரல்மாலிருஞ்சோலை
வணங்குதும்வாமடநெஞ்சே!

pĕru nilam arul̤iṉ muṉ arul̤i *
aṇi val̤ar kuṟal̤ āy akal-iṭam muzhutum *
al̤anta ĕm aṭikal̤-tam koyil- **

Simple Translation

1820. Our dear lord who removes the sickness of his devotees if they worship him and who gives his grace to all went to Mahabali as a small, handsome dwarf and measured the whole world with his two feet. He stays in the temple of Thirumālirunjolai where hunters shoot their arrows on the slopes and precious stones grow and vengai trees flourish. O ignorant heart, come let us go there and worship him.
