திருப்பேர்நகர் சேர்ந்து நான் வாழ்ந்தேன்

1433 விலங்கலால்கடலடைத்து விளங்கிழைபொருட்டு * வில்லால்
இலங்கைமாநகர்க்கிறைவன் இருபது புயம்துணித்தான் *

Simple Translation

1433. He built a bridge with stones to go to Lankā, shot arrows from his bow, cut off the twenty arms of Rāvana the king of Lankā and brought back his wife Sita ornamented with shining jewels. I went to ThenThirupper (Koiladi) where, when the Vediyar loudly recite the four Vedās, malanku fish in the fields hear them and jump in fright, and worshiped the lord and I am saved.
