அரவணையாதியான் காப்பாற் பிணிபோக்கல் நோய்களே! ஓடி விடுங்கள்

443 நெய்க்குடத்தைப்பற்றி ஏறும்எறும்புகள்போல்நிரந்து * எங்கும்
கைக்கொண்டுநிற்கின்றநோய்காள்! காலம்பெறஉய்யப்போமின் *
மெய்க்கொண்டுவந்துபுகுந்து வேதப்பிரானார்கிடந்தார் *
பைக்கொண்டபாம்பணையோடும் பண்டன்றுபட்டினம்காப்பே. (2)

443 ## nĕyk kuṭattaip paṟṟi * eṟum ĕṟumpukal̤ pol nirantu * ĕṅkum

Simple Translation

443. O diseases that stay and spread on our bodies like the ants that swarm around the ghee pot and climb on it! Go away and we want to become well. The god of the Vedās, lying on the snake bed has entered into my body and stays there. It is not my old body. God is there now and he protects it.

நெய் — நெய் வைத்திருக்கும்; குடத்தை — குடத்தை; பற்றி ஏறும் — பற்றிக்கொண்டு ஏறுகின்ற; எறும்புகள் போல் — எறும்புகள் போல்; நிரந்து எங்கும் — எங்கும் பரந்து; கைக் கொண்டு — என்னை வசப்படுத்தி; நிற்கின்ற — நிலைத்து நிற்கிற; நோய்காள்! — வியாதிகளே!; காலம் பெற — விரைவாக; உய்ய — உங்கள் பிழைப்பைத்தேடி; போமின் — போய் விடுங்கள்; வேத — பிரமனுக்கு; பிரானார் — வேதத்தை உபகரித்தருளின; எம்பெருமான் — எம்பெருமான்; பைக் கொண்ட — பரந்த படங்களையுடைய; பாம்பு — பாம்புப்; அணையோடும் — படுக்கையோடுங்கூட; மெய் — என் சரீரத்தை; கொண்டு — போக்யமாகக் கொண்டு; வந்து புகுந்து — வந்து புகுந்து; கிடந்தார் — கிடந்தார் ஆதலால்; பண்டு அன்று — என் ஆத்மாவும் சரீரமும் முன்புபோல் அன்று; பட்டினம் காப்பே — கடவுளால் காப்பாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது (ஆகவே நீங்கள் புக இனி இங்கு இடமில்லை)

ĕṟumpukal̤ pol — like ants; paṟṟi eṟum — that climb and hold on; kuṭattai — to the pot; nĕy — in which the ghee is kept; noykāl̤! — o diseases!; niṟkiṉṟa — that remain firm; nirantu ĕṅkum — which spread everywhere; kaik kŏṇṭu — and ensnare me; kālam pĕṟa — quickly; pomiṉ — leave and; uyya — go in search of your survival; ĕmpĕrumāṉ — my Lord; pirāṉār — who gave the vedas; veta — to Brahma; aṇaiyoṭum — along with his bed of; pāmpu — the serpent; paik kŏṇṭa — with expanded hoods; vantu pukuntu — He has come and entered; mĕy — my body; kŏṇṭu — taken it as His sacred offering; kiṭantār — and now lies there—therefore; paṇṭu aṉṟu — my soul and body are no longer as they once were; paṭṭiṉam kāppe — and they have been protected by God (so, there is no place for you to enter anymore)
