He does not inquire, "Is she alive or is she dead?" regarding me, who persists with my heart dissolved and afflicted. He has seized all my belongings. Should I behold that Kaṇṇan who perpetrates these cruel acts upon me, I will tear away these futile breasts and cast them upon his chest, thereby liberating myself from my agonies.
