Emperumān resides majestically upon the sacred Thiruvēṅgadam Hill, situated in the northern realm of Tamizh Dhēśam, a place vibrant with the playful antics of monkeys and graced by the reverential visits of the Nityasūris who worship Him as Śrīnivāsan. Here, He reclines on the celestial mattress of Thiruvananthāzhvān (Ādiśēṣan) at Śrīraṅgam.
