Simple Translation

Those who ecstatically and incoherently proclaim the great glory of the Lord who once fed the Devas with nectar, and is the Chief of the exalted Nithyasuris, are truly our grand saviors both in this world and beyond.

Explanatory Notes

(i) Chief of the exaḻted Celestials: The Nityasūris (ever free angels in spiritual world) stand on a high pedestal of their own and the Lord, as their Chief, is higher than the highest.
