The Shepherdess in question acts as the mouthpiece of the Gopīs, with her remarkable capacity to plead their cause. Even as the Lord stayed with the Gopīs, in deference to their wishes, He will abide in those that chant this decad. Alternately, this decad is well-matched with the other decads of this hymnal and shall bestow the same results as those decads.
In this final pāsuram of the chapter, Śrī Nammāzhvār, having fully immersed himself in the divine experience, now reflects with profound astonishment upon the unique magnificence of these ten verses. As elucidated by the great ācārya Śrī Nañjīyar, the Āzhvār is filled with wonder, thinking, "Among the thousand sacred pāsurams I have been blessed to compose, what a truly
