909. You, lord of Srirangam surrounded by water,
if they (devotees) abandon their wealth, understand divine truth,
know that the nature of the soul is to serve the Lord,
control their five senses, shave their head weight
and stay at your doorstep,
lazy and giving up the responsibility of protecting themselves
