778. You who destroy people’s sins
are the light that shines crossing the sky,
the bright form of wisdom and music.
You went to king Mahābali as a dwarf-sage,
begged for his land,
and measured the earth with one foot,
grew tall and measured the sky with the other.
Who will respect you for how you cheated Mahābali?
