O Perfect Lord! To Me, You are Both Mother and Father.

நம்பி! எனக்கு நீயே அம்மையும் அப்பனும்

1560 எம்மானும்எம்மனையும் என்னைப்பெற்றொழிந்ததற்பின் *
அம்மானும்அம்மனையும் அடியேனுக்காகிநின்ற *
நன்மானவொண்சுடரே! நறையூர்நின்றநம்பீ! * உன்
மைம்மானவண்ணமல்லால் மகிழ்ந்துஏத்தமாட்டேனே.

1560. My father and mother left this world after they gave birth to me. You are father and mother for me, your devotee. You are a beautiful bright light, O Nambi, god of Naraiyur. I will not praise anything happily except your beautiful dark color.
