அம்மானே! நீ எங்கும் செல்ல விடமாட்டேன்

Simple Translation

1193. I offered eight kinds of fragrant flowers, worshiped your beautiful divine feet and thought only of you, who have entered my heart—I will not let you leave. You are the dear god of beautiful Thiruvāli where Vediyars do morning and evening worship, perform sacrifices, recite the four Vedās without stopping and teach the Vedās to others.

O glorious Master of resplendent thiruvāli! That sacred abode is perpetually graced by the presence of devout brāhmaṇas. Their lives are dedicated to upholding the eternal Vedic path, having learned the four Vēdas from an unbroken succession of preceptors that extends back to the very dawn of creation, and they continue this sacred tradition by imparting this knowledge
