திருவாலியும் திருநாங்கூரும்

1850 வேலையாலிலைப் பள்ளிவிரும்பிய *
பாலையாரமுதத்தினைப் பைந்துழாய் *
மாலைஆலியில் கண்டுமகிழ்ந்துபோய் *
ஞாலமுன்னியைக்காண்டும் நாங்கூரிலே.

Simple Translation

1850. Thirumāl who is sweet as milk and nectar, and lies on a banyan leaf as a baby on the ocean is adorned with green thulasi garlands. I will find joy seeing him in Thiruvāli and then I will go to Manimādakkoyil in Nangur and see him in front of the nyalal tree.
