ஆரா அமுதனே! அருள் செய்

1040 நீரார்கடலும் நிலனும்முழுதுண்டு *
ஏராலமிளந்தளிர்மேல் துயில்எந்தாய்! *
சீரார்திருவேங்கடமாமலைமேய *
ஆராவமுதே! அடியேற்கு அருளாயே.

Simple Translation

1040. O Lord who swallowed the vast ocean and all the earth, And rested gently on a tender peepal leaf. Protector of all, who rests in beauty beyond thought! At Thiruvēṅkaṭam, the great hill of abundant wealth, You dwell, sweeter than nectar, never tiring to the soul. O Master! Show mercy to me, Your servant!
