தவழ்ந்துதளர்நடையிட்டுச்சென்று *
பேய்முலைவாய்வைத்துநஞ்சையுண்டு
பித்தனென்றேபிறரேசநின்றாய் *
ஆய்மிகுகாதலோடுயானிருப்ப
யான்விடவந்த என்தூதியோடே *
நீமிகுபோகத்தைநன்குகந்தாய்
அதுவுமுன்கோரம்புக்கேற்குமன்றே.

Simple Translation

704 Though Yashodā was ready to feed you with sweet mother's milk you crawled and toddled towards devil Putanā and sucked the poison from her breasts, making people call you weird and crazy. When I waited with immense love for you here, you spent a lovely time with the maid I had sent. Is that also one of your naughty deeds?”

This sublime pāśuram beautifully captures the heartfelt words of yet another gopī (cowherd maiden). Her expression is a divine blend of profound love, poignant longing, and a gentle, loving reproach directed at the Supreme Lord, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, for His incomprehensible and mischievous deeds, both past and present.
