473 வேயர்தங்கள்குலத்துதித்த விட்டுசித்தன்மனத்தே *
கோயில்கொண்டகோவலனைக் கொழுங்குளிர்முகில்வண்ணனை *
ஆயரேற்றைஅமரர்கோவை அந்தணர்தமமுதத்தினை *

Simple Translation

473. Vishnuchithan, born in the Veyar tribe, praises Him, the cowherd, the beautiful cool cloud-colored lord, the bull of the cowherds, the king of gods and the nectar of the sages. Those who sing Vishnuchittan's pāsurams will remain close to the lord as His shadows.

வேயர் தங்கள் — வேதியர்களுடைய; குலத்து உதித்த — குலத்தில் தோன்றிய; விட்டுசித்தன் — பெரியாழ்வாருடைய; மனத்தே — மனதில்; கோயில் கொண்ட — கோயில் கொண்டுள்ள; கோவலனை — கோபாலனை; கொழுங்குளிர் — வளப்பமிக்க குளிர்ந்த; முகில் — மேகம் போன்ற; வண்ணனை — நிறமுடையவனை; ஆயர் ஏற்றை — ஆயர்களுக்குத் தலைவனை; அமரர் — நித்யசூரிகளுக்கு; கோவை — ஸ்வாமியை; அந்தணர் தம் — முனிவர்களுக்கு; அமுதத்தினை — அமுதம் போன்ற பெருமானை; பாட வல்லார் தாமும் — பாடவல்லவர்கள்; சாயை போல — பெருமானுக்கு நிழல்போல; அணுக்கர்களே — சதா அணுகி இருப்பர்
