449. I got trapped by physical pleasures, slipped and fell into
the small cave of lust and wallowed in it unable to get out.
My dear lord, colored like the shining ocean
removed my bad karmā and saved me from my troubles.
My body is not the same as it was.
God is in it now and he protects me.
