609 பொங்கோதம்சூழ்ந்த புவனியும் விண்ணுலகும் *
அங்காதுஞ்சோராமே ஆள்கின்றவெம்பெருமான் *
செங்கோலுடைய திருவரங்கச்செல்வனார் *
எங்கோல்வளையால் இடர்தீர்வராகாதே? (2)

609. My dear lord of Srirangam rules the world surrounded by roaring oceans and the world of the sky, with his scepter, keeping trouble away from them. Would my bangles that he has made loose help him remove all the troubles of the world and keep it prosperous?

He reigns supreme as the sovereign of both this terrestrial realm, encircled by the ocean tumultuous with waves, and Paramapadam, devoid of any imperfections. Endowed with the divine scepter, He resides in Śrīraṅgam, reverently referred to as "Kōyil" (temple). Would that Śrīmān accept my bangles to remedy His deficiency?
