ஆலிலைமேல் துயின்றவனை மனத்தில் வை

அனைத்துலகுமுள்ளொடுக்கியால்மேல் * - கனைத்துலவு
வெள்ளத்தோர்பிள்ளையாய் மெள்ளத்துயின்றானை *

Simple Translation

2374. Thirumāl swallowed all the worlds, kept them in his stomach at the end of the eon and slept on a banyan leaf as a baby on the flood. Who knows what will happen to this world? O heart! Keep the lord inside you.

nenjĕ — ŏh heart!; nīṇda — one who grew (to measure the worlds); thirumāl̤ — consort of ṣrī mahālakshmi; kanaiththu ulavu vel̤l̤aththu — in the deluge when spread all over, making huge noise; ŏr pil̤l̤aiyāy — as a unique infant; ananiththu ulagum — all the worlds; ul̤ odukki — keeping them inside his stomach; āl mĕl — on top of a tender banyan leaf; mel̤l̤ath thuyinṛānai — emperumān who reclined slowly on it; ulagil — in this world; ninaiththu — meditating on him (as the refuge); ār thel̤ivār — īs there anyone who gets clarity?
