Simple Translation

3661. Those who are well-versed in these ten songs out of the chosen thousand composed by Caṭakōpaṉ, the vassal of the vassal of the Sovereign Master’s vassals’ vassal, will truly become eligible for His loving service.

(i) The chanters of this decad are assured of the attainment of the final goal, namely, eternal service unto the Lord.
