Avathārikai (Introduction)
In the preceding two pāśurams, the Āzhvār humbly beseeched Emperumān, first to graciously tolerate his innumerable faults, and then to mercifully perceive those very faults as virtues. Now, in this profound pāśuram, he turns his attention inward, directly addressing his own divine heart. He imparts a crucial instruction: “The span
