சென்றமாயனைச் செங்கண்மாலினை *
மன்றிலார்புகழ் மங்கைவாள்கலி
கன்றி * சொல்வல்லார்க்கு அல்லலில்லையே. (2)

Simple Translation

1961. Kaliyan, the famous chief who carries a sword and is praised by all in Thirumangai composed pāsurams on our beautiful-eyed Māyan who went as a messenger for the five Pāndavās in the Bhārathā war. If devotees learn and recite these pāsurams they will have no trouble in life.
