691 வாளாலறுத்துச்சுடினும் மருத்துவன்பால் *
மாளாதகாதல் நோயாளன்போல் * மாயத்தால்
மீளாத்துயர்தரினும் விற்றுவக்கோட்டம்மா! * நீ
ஆளாவுனதருளே பார்ப்பனடியேனே.

Simple Translation

691. O my god of Vithuvakkodu! I am like the patient who trusts the doctor and doesn't leave him even if he cuts with a knife and scars him. Even if you cause me pain that I must bear, I am enthralled by you. I am your slave and look only for your grace. and think you are my only friend.
