Simple Translation
179. For the sake of Sitā, with a waist as thin as lightning he bent his matchless bow and made the ten heads of Ravanā, crowned with diamonds, roll on the ground O crow, bring a grazing stick for him, Bring a grazing stick for him, adorned with a shining crown. Bring the grazing stick for the lord who built a bridge over the ocean to go to Lankā.
