Simple Translation
161. Vishnuchithan the chief of old Puduvai, praised by all the worlds, composed pāsurams describing how Yashodā fondly called the dark complexioned Kannan to come bathe in fragrant turmeric water. Those who learn these excellent Tamil pāsurams will be free from all ills.
