இரணியனை அழித்த தொடைகள்

27 பிறங்கியபேய்ச்சி முலைசுவைத்துண்டிட்டு *
உறங்குவான்போலேகிடந்த இப்பிள்ளை *
மறங்கொளிரணியன் மார்பைமுன்கீண்டான் *
குறங்குகளைவந்து காணீரே குவிமுலையீர்! வந்துகாணீரே.

Simple Translation

27. After suckling from the breasts of the cruel devil Putanā and killing her, he rested with innocence (as though he is unaware of that). He is the One who tore Hiranyan's chest open (as Narasimhā) Come and see his thighs. O girls with round breasts! come and see his thighs.

முன் — முற்காலத்தில்; மறம் கொள் — விரோதம் கொண்டு; இரணியன் மார்பை — இரணியன் மார்பை; கீண்டான் — பிளந்ததினால்; பிறங்கிய — பிரகாசத்தையுடைய; பேய்ச்சி முலை — பூதனையின் பாலை; சுவைத்து உண்டிட்டு — சுவைத்து அருந்தி ஒன்றும் அறியாது; உறங்குவான் போலே — உறங்குவான் போல்; கிடந்த இப் பிள்ளை — இருக்கும் இப் பிள்ளையின்; குறங்குகளை — துடை அழகை; வந்து காணீரே — வந்து காணீரே; குவிமுலையீர்! — அழகிய பெண்களே!; வந்து காணீரே! — வந்து பாரீர்!
