568. O beautiful conch! You were born in the ocean, you grew up in the body of the Asuran Pānchajanyam But now you are blessed to rest in His hand, You make the sound of victory when he conquers the evil Asurans.

O resplendent Śrī Pāñcajanyāzhvān, who emerged from the form of the demon Panchasana in the profound depths of the ocean! Disregarding your origin, you ascended to occupy the supremely exalted abode upon the divine hand of Emperumān, who is eternal and omnipresent. Your magnificence is heralded by your sonorous call, a clarion that instills dread within the demons. Therefore, I beseech you to bestow upon me this favor.
