I Dreamt that Kaṇṇaṉ Took My Hand and Circumambulated the Sacred Fire
கண்ணன் என்கைபற்றித் தீவலம் செய்யக் கனாக்கண்டேன்
562 வாய்நல்லார் நல்லமறையோதி மந்திரத்தால் *
பாசிலைநாணல்படுத்துப் பரிதிவைத்து *
காய்சினமாகளிறன்னான் என்கைப்பற்றி *
தீவலஞ்செய்யக் கனாக்கண்டேன் தோழீ! நான்.

562. Skilled Vediyars recite the Vedās,
and chant mantras.
They spread holy grass for rituals
He who is strong as an angry elephant
holds my hand and we go round the sacred fire(Agni).
